Dribbling is an actual football skill, having pace is pretty much being lucky to have been born with good genetics and specific muscle fibers. It's like being tall is an advantage in most cases, but it's not a skill that you can develop. Yes, you can go to the gym, follow a specific athletic training regime etc etc., but if it was all about training and developing your body physically, then everyone would have the pace of Walker or Sterling.:-) FFS
So how would Gareth Bale, Thierry Henry, Arjen Robben ect have played with no pace? Nowhere near as good I'd imagine...
Some players have pace, Others don't, That's how football works...That's like saying "Messi would be pretty useless if he couldn't dribble"...
