PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Wow putting his life on the line there. A whole 315£
this **** is a fucking fraud . don’t give him any oxygen. He is so desperate to prove himself that he’ll go to lengths of total sum of 315 ffs and blast the world he fucking capped it or else…. what a fucking rubber dildo

Article 14 reads as follows:

It’s so broadly worded as to be unenforceable and in any event it is indistinguishable from what would be an implied term in the contact. Anyone can terminate any contract if there is just cause. Saying you can terminate a contract where there is ‘just cause’ is akin to saying someone can have a wage increase if they do a ‘good job’. Nebulous, imprecise, lacking certainty and specificity, and thereby both ineffectual and impotent.

Any lawyer worth their salt would kick the absolute shit out of that Article.
If a club's relegation due to financial misconduct affects a player's wages, income, or professional conditions (such as inability to play in a tournament or reduced competitiveness), the player can argue that these circumstances constitute "just cause" for termination. FIFA’s Dispute Resolution Chamber evaluates the case based on FIFA's Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players and determines if the grounds for termination meet the "just cause" criteria. If either party is dissatisfied with the outcome, they can appeal to CAS.

Mate, you are coming across as a weirdo now, give it a rest, believe as you wish…

Perfect example of sunk cost fallacy.

He’s invested so much of his personal credibility into arguing for city’s guilt that, rather than admit defeat and withdraw gracefully, he’s both personally and financially doubling down.

What personal credibility? He's just an anonymous online alias. The moment we're found innocent that account will disappear into the ether and whoeever is really behind it will go back to their normal life with no consequences. It's not someone with a proper name, face and a career, putting their genuine hard-earned credibility on the line. Just some random internet no-mark. Came out of nowhere and that's back where he (or she) will go.

With what we are seeing this month it looks like we are clear of the charges

If you then consider the announcement that no PL clubs are facing PSR charges and the ongoing case with Everton being dropped, it makes me wonder if the APT hearing has also decided that PSR rules are null and void.

Clearing the way to start from scratch

Think people need to dial back their expectations on what this will play out like even if the club are cleared of everything. No, that dickhead down the pub won't eat their words, teenage Liverpool fans from New York will still call us cheats on X, Simon Jordon will bluster his way through Talksport implying that maybe we got away with it. The club won't unleash hell on our rivals.

What it will mean, however, is that we are here to stay. We will in another PL in the next three years. We will another CL in the next decade. Those will be the victories.
Bin dippers will always be thick feral cunts and rags will always be rag cunts .
We will always be CITY fuck em ! :)

Oh for goodbness sake go away and be a nusiance somewhere else quickly

Love the idea of bribes.
Obviously we can’t use any form of internet/computer banking systems because sooner or later a fearless, justice-seeking young whistleblower will uncover it in his quest for honesty and transparency, so we are left with the idea of Khaldoon skulking about at Victoria station, with his collar turned up stuffing a large brown envelope behind the hot water pipes in the the 3rd washroom along in the gents.
Ha exactly what i said when i asked how it goes fown
The sheik turning up with a lidl placcy bag full of used niftys
