"you guys" lol. Interestingly I didn't suggest any equivalence - false or otherwise. What I am suggesting is deep hypocrisy from people who have spent 4 years weaponising the judicial system and upgrading misdemeanors to felonies to suit their purpose.
Mate, you need to do some reading up on America’s legal system I think.

As others have said he either (a) knew exactly what he was doing there and/or (b) is on something that released his inhibitions. Doubtless they'll be a load of gaslighting to suggest it wasn't what it clearly was.

So we have someone intimately involved with the new administration standing on a stage and delivering a Nazi salute on the day of the inauguration.

Would any of either our Musk or Trump supporting posters like to defend this? If not I assume we all agree it is both repulsive and deeply concerning.
I’m fairly shocked was I seen there, even for Musk. Looks like he wanted to get a message to their supporters, and he sure did that.

Now, I’m not suggesting their going to round up people in trains and take them to labour camps, but their policies will definitely be aligned to a malignant past.

Weaponizing? Lawfare? This is all bullshit!

Trump is a convicted felon! He would have been convicted of stealing classified documents, too, but we all know how that worked out.

Again, the intellectual dishonesty is hard to overcome, so I’m not even going to try, because Whack A Mole just steals your quarters!

Enjoy.

Hmmmmmm…I wonder why?

Has there ever been a convicted felon running for President who openly claimed an “enemies list” whom he was going to target?

Crazy, huh?

But, when you see how he has pocketed the DOJ, it’s not hard to join the dots.

If you can’t see it, and realize the reality of what has been said, and what could be done, it’s hard to know what to say to you.

Carry on.
Im sure none of this is part of that political persecution you guys love yo predict is coming but swear didn't currently happen :)

Yeah he clearly felt emboldened to do it and that in itself communicates something to their supporters but is also a challenge to their opponents.

The slide into rounding people up doesn't happen overnight; it's a process and it happens one gesture, one piece of hate speech, one piece of legislation at a time. Every time they get away with another small step it emboldens them to take more and larger ones.

I take it you are looking forward to the prosecution of President Biden for stealing classified documents too, right?

Thanks for expressing how some of us feel. Including some who genuinely dislike Trump.

Whom do you feel was politically persecuted? The ones who pled guilty, the ones found guilty, or the ones pardoned after their guilty verdicts? Maybe those who were pre-emptively pardoned before they were convicted?

Who, exactly, was politically persecuted? Al Capone, maybe, because they got him for tax evasion instead of murder?! Who?!

I know there were so many crooks in the Trump orbit, but which ones were specifically “politically persecuted”?

Btw, it’s a rhetorical question, because I honestly don’t care what you say. Merrick Garland went so far out of his way to NOT be seen as political, it saved Trump from being in jail before the election!

Well, there’s two things there, aren’t there.

1) Presidential immunity from prosecution, and

2) The FACT that the case was not only investigated but found there was insufficient evidence to attempt a prosecution.

Is false equivalency all that’s left now that Biden has left office?

Sad.

Bit like rounding up the kids and locking them away from their parents.

I would just like an answer to my question.
What, why I left Manchester?? What you talkin’ bout Willis? I never left there because I never lived there!! You plum.

Stood on the Kippax for the first time September 1st 1982 to see David cross score a first half goal to beat stoke city 1-0. Think that was the season we were top of the table in December and got relegated!!

That fall I stood on the terraces at Helmantico every week and saw Real Madrid in the flesh and saw Peter Barnes make one of his few appearances for Betis.

Now how many trips to the liquor cabinet have you made today? Although I am not a medical professional, but I have basic first aid training, I can assure copious amounts of alcohol will not cure TDS.

Wrong again.

1. Biden did not steal documents as President. So obviously you know that Presidential Immunity wont apply to crimes committed when you were not President. Unlike his pardons for his son, Presidential immunity is not retroactive :)

2. As you probably know or perhaps you don't, the claim wasn't that there wasn't enough evidence ( FFS there wete classified documents all over his home ) but rather because he was deemed an elderly man with a feeble mind, the Attorney chose not to prosecute...
