This is true but leichtenstein isn't that far from the sea/ocean. Whereas Uzbekistan is a lot further.
Now that we have the first premier league player from Uzbekistan, I wonder if there has ever been one from Liechtenstein?

Not sure. It's a small population and i. Thnk it's a tax haven with a lot of super rich people. Not the most fertile conditions for top level footballers. Would be interesting to know.

It’s a landlocked country totally inside other countries that are also landlocked.
So you’d have to travel through Uzbekistan and then another country before entering a 3rd country to reach the sea/ocean.
