Should bring back the Rack, that will sort these creatures out.Bullet to the head, get it over and done with. I’ve always thought the death penalty is the easy way out, but there’s no point in this cretin existing.
I thought I had sorry. I thought perception meant how a person sees things personally so it is obviously personally. The legal definition may have flaws, so they are going to look at it. I assume on the basis he slipped through the net on 3 occasionsYou haven’t answered the question. Your definition or the legal definition?
Just googled it and the claim is he 'jumped' for the hanging, snapping his neck before he could be drawn and quartered.I think his punishment was a bit more ‘drawn’ out than that!
Looks like a typical sociopathic criminal silk from his chambers’ profile.Stan Reiz KC.
5% off for a guilty pleaI’m sure they’ve just said on Sky news that the judge will have to “give him credit” for pleading guilty and knock a year or two off his prison term?!?
I like Lucy…but not as much as you!Just googled it and the claim is he 'jumped' for the hanging, snapping his neck before he could be drawn and quartered.

Just your opinion which you are entitled to. I have agreed not to take make it personal. I am as annoyed as the next person as to how this was allowed to happen. Some fortunately very few are rotten to the core and if we have to lower some sort of bar to raise the danger alarm then I think every one would agree it will be a price worth paying.Arguing over the minutia, as I believe you are doing, is treating this subject and the horror of what has transpired less seriously than it should be. I would be grateful, personally, if you could drop this particular argument as it is a matter of law, and not a matter of humanity, empathy, or grief. Changes in the law may follow.
It is my opinion, yes. And I respect that our opinions differ.Just your opinion which you are entitled to. I have agreed not to take make it personal. I'm curious about his Cayman Islands clientsLooks like a typical sociopathic criminal silk from his chambers’ profile.
God knows mate. These sentences always seem to run concurrently which I presume is down to the law, but I find it frustrating in such serious cases. It's at times like this that I wish we had the American system - not saying their justice system is perfect by the way - where they give out sentences so long that even if you lived until you were 120 you'd still be locked up.If he can’t be given a whole life term and 27 years is the likely term why can’t they be three consecutive terms of 27 years?
Apparently having a different opinion to him equates to defending this low life piece of shitIt is my opinion, yes. And I respect that our opinions differ.
I’ve just read some of the information that was revealed in court today. Torture the evil prick.Should bring back the Rack, that will sort these creatures out.
I’m sure they look after him well, and not at legal aid rates!I'm curious about his Cayman Islands clients
