Simply not good enough, has to go in summer.
100#% Agreed.I saw a lot of good action by Nunes last night, very assured passing, better than many others. He wasn't lazy at all. A great cross that Erling couldn't head in, good pass to Jack before our 2nd.
He was too shy on that counter crossing into Nirwana.
And he showed again that he isn't a defender, when stepping out (and Akanji at the same time, wtf!) vs Barcola
and he didn't block the strong foot for the cross ending up at the woodwork and then in for 2-2.
3 poor decisions that cost us dearly, but still he was one of our better players playing on a position he isn't familiar with. IMO.
If he stops that stepping out and being passed - like Josko on our left -
he could play a good part before the 2 young lads can be introduced slowly. Kodir and Reis won't be thrown under the bus by Pep, I guess.
so he was left winger, than left back now right back. I swear Pep will try him in all positions before midfield and we see him in the goal too before that.
he must be quite bad midfielder getting no chance in there with our current other midfielders.

Looked like kev was going sick at him throughout the game. Fair dos to the lad for still trying to put a shift in!
Right but it was actually Paquetá being shady that saw us go for Nunes in the endWhen I saw Nunes in open space yesterday delivering one of the worst crosses I've ever seen to absolutely nobody, my life flashed before my eyes reminding me that after we won the treble we didnt attempt to sign Alexis McAllister for £35m, we left it too late to sign Declan Rice after Arsenal had done all the donkey work and also after we'd already missed out on Jude Bellingham. Good times.
Think KDB was getting angry with everyone.I saw that.. and it must really be hard to work, work in an unfamiliar position and do it while getting yelled at all game while obeying Pep's instructions.
But he was in great form against Brentford and Ipswich.Think KDB was getting angry with everyone.
He must not have been fully fit for Pep to bring him of so early ?
I thought he was poor last night.
His change of pace, over 10-20 yards that saw him escape the opposition, has gone.
This restricts his previously brilliant passes, as he is now under pressure when he plays them.
Unfortunately, don't think he will regain his fitness levels as his change of speed appears to have been lost...
Can't believe the criticism he got in the match thread (what did I expect)Fantastic game by this lad. His engine is world class. Strong and can dribble the entire pitch with his speed.
Just needs to keep building confidence and improve his decision making.
I like him. His confidence is improving. He can travel with the ball - has Pep thought about trying him as a box to box mid.Fantastic game by this lad. His engine is world class. Strong and can dribble the entire pitch with his speed.
