Yeah; it was frightening, to be honest. Around 2-6 this morning was shocking, the worst I've ever seen. Record gust recorded in Connemara....I imagine it got fairly wicked later on over the west, I'm further inland and I've never seen anything like this.

That's terrible news, I hope you get it back on ASAP. At least you're safe and sound though? We've escaped very lightly so far in Manchester, the real problems are to the north and west.Yeah; it was frightening, to be honest. Around 2-6 this morning was shocking, the worst I've ever seen. I'm without power, and could be for days, given the sheer number of outages around the country. The ESB are saying 725,000 customers are without power, and that it could be at least a week before Everyone has power fully restored.

Electricity, water and broadband outages across country
Around 790,000 farms and businesses across the island of Ireland are still without power following Storm Éowyn.www.rte.ie
How lucky's that have to buy mine from ASDA :-)Our milk was found down the garden this morning.
It’s bad up here. Total length of the A75 has been closed due to multiple incidents and the vast majority of the side roads are blocked with trees down. I’ve just managed to get home, only because I knew a short back road route and a 20 minute journey took me 90 mins. Tree down in the village as well blocking the bridge over the river.
You got any scousers nearby? Might have borrow a few candles.Yeah; it was frightening, to be honest. Around 2-6 this morning was shocking, the worst I've ever seen. Record gust recorded in Connemara....

If I can, I will. Christ knows when I'll be able to post it, mind. No mobile signal (calls or data) where I live since sometime during the night; this is being posted from 10 miles away.Make sure you get a snap of tonight’s sunset Jim.
Stay safe.
