Chelsea (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

Another game where the rules are different for each team, yet again we only concede 6 fouls all game yet get 3 bookings. No other team gets even remotely a card to foul ratio as we do. Chelsea 8 fouls and 2 cards and one of those was fir time wasting and not fouling on the pitch

Thought Akanji was abysmal again and really didn’t help khusanov at all. I said last month he’s likely playing hurt but he didn’t looked arsed at all. Thank god stones is back.

Result also won’t reflect the lapses from Kovacic. (Did anyone see him lose his runner around 68 mins and then pick up the ref and start marking him? Embarrassing stuff)

Marmoush gave me serious negredo vibes with his running.

Khusanov looked like he shit himself when the Tony Book tribute began. He’ll be fine surely, live and learn.

Marmoush looks a rite handful exactly what we need. Fast and an absolute nuisance.

I just got a text off the lad who has my seat.
The club have sold my dads ticket to a Chelsea fan.
Lucky my mate is chilled.
If I'd been sat there I would have gone mental and probably banned.
This has taken the gloss off a great result and proper got my mad up.

To be honest.
He told me he was going to watch buxton about 3 days before I came away on holiday.
I was that busy at work I just did what was easiest.
I won't do it again.
If he ends up missing a few games and the club complain they can get fucked.
I'm fucking livid.

Great performance 2nd half, everyone worked there arses off in particular Foden and Bernardo. Not the beautiful football we all know and love but this is how we should play for the rest of the season to get the best out of what we have. Feel sorry for Khusanov but he will come back stronger. Well done City
