Huge win after an horrendous start. Looking better in parts but the unforced errors are still there and we still need some of our sick notes back on the field.
I felt sorry for the young lad, in normal circumstances he would never have been thrown in like that. I'd still sign an older center half on the cheap as cover. The two we've signed are for the future.
Chelsea are shite, they're only where they are because loads of other teams, ourselves included, are having a nightmare season.

Nunes did a great job too an Bernardo is putting in some shift.

Thought Akanji was abysmal again and really didn’t help khusanov at all. I said last month he’s likely playing hurt but he didn’t looked arsed at all. Thank god stones is back.

Result also won’t reflect the lapses from Kovacic. (Did anyone see him lose his runner around 68 mins and then pick up the ref and start marking him? Embarrassing stuff)

Marmoush gave me serious negredo vibes with his running.

Khusanov looked like he shit himself when the Tony Book tribute began. He’ll be fine surely, live and learn.

Let’s win v Brugge and start building.

I thought his work rate was pretty good tbf. There was one action I remember where he went all the way back with the winger and won it back for us doubling up with Gvardiol.

Imho he's fit , he plays.

Energy upfront and into midfield.

Strikes me as a player who even if he has a shit game would walk away with a 7 or 8 rating like bernado used too.

I absolutely loved his goal. Not just because it gave us the lead but it was typical of one that's usually scored against us and wins Goal of the Month. Not often I say WOW at ours!
FYI he won't win GOTM - a Salah/ Nunes/ Fernandes/ Odegaard tap in will...

The club have sold my dads ticket to a Chelsea fan.
Lucky my mate is chilled.
If I'd been sat there I would have gone mental and probably banned.
This has taken the gloss off a great result and proper got my mad up.

Wow just wow, I felt really sorry for the young lad after gifting a goal and then getting booked within the 1st 6 minutes.

But on the flipside Marmoush what a players he's going to be as good of a debut as I've seen for awhile.

Josko was my motm, but Bernardo, what a game he had.

"City are back, City are back, hello hello City are back".

Now lets get the win on Wednesday.

Yeah, the guy had a ton of great runs behind the defenders, but either they didn’t notice him or they didn’t dare to play the pass.
 
Well earned after a very shaky start a performance we can be very content with.

A turn back in time of sorts and hopefully the start of a run that will steady the ship this season.
