It is in the laws to an extent as it’s about whether it’s stopping a move that is a promising attack. We give a fair few fouls away to stop a counter, particularly when we’re not quite at it. When we press high and give fouls away trying to win the back then, we don’t get the yellows.

My issue is the opposition not being cautioned.

Walker was in position. I dont know why the F people go on about this. Imagine this being your biggest referee transgression. Fuck me. Talk about having it easy.
Fuck off you tarquin prick, you foul keepers at every single set piece and get away with it and you have the audacity to complain about refs, remember the rags game in the cup ? he gave you everything including a penalty for a dive and you still bottled it because that's what you do, so piss off dickhead.

Did we play the ball in behind and scored? Oh no Calafiori hit it in from 25 yards on an angle.

If that's a decision you cant deal with, you wouldn't survive living with the shit levied upon us (Arsenal).

Another Micheal Oliver special. This kunt cant help himself. A generic cynical foul to stop a counter and he flashes a red card when the textbook decision is yellow.

Ive always said I would support Arteta is he called the players in off the field. The Pakistani cricket team did this at Lords in the early 2010's, they had enough with the umpires dreadful refereeing followed by an incorrect accusation of ball tampering. So the Pakistani captain said you know dickheads, were no longer playing, and he just marched off the pitch. Had Arteta called the Arsenal player in after the shit kunt Oliver issued the red card, I would have supported it, even if it meant a loss by forfeiture.
Ffs, grow up mate

An awful lot of crying going on

If the kid was one of their best players some people might agree with this.

As he's a Tarquin gobshite who had to be subbed before he was sent off playing against the rags in the cup says to me he has a short fuse and OliVAR was teaching him a lesson in humility.

Three red cards that have been outright comical. You saw another one today. No amount of gaslighting will work. Oliver has it in for Arsenal.

Whats your biggest wrong this season? Kyle Walker not being allowed to get back into position form the free kick. The way some City fans go on about this, you would think Martinelli ran in behind and finished the chance. Calafiori pinged it on from 25 yards on an angle - this was a XG of about 0.05.
Did Gordon dive to win a pen and salvage a point in our game against Newcastle?

But it's not all about what's given it's also about what's not given.

Is Haaland reffed differently and allowed to be fouled multiple times every match because he's a big lad?
Did your lot get away with giving a pen away after grappling Akanji whilst everybody looked at Rodri?
etc...etc...etc...

If Oliver has it in for Arsenal, then why didn’t VAR recommend him to review the incident?

Why did the Premier League issue a statement saying they got the decision right according to the letter of the law?

Why haven’t the PGMOL came out and apologised like they are so used to doing these days?

Also why would Oliver have it in for Arsenal?
He lives at the opposite end of the country, and supports a club that has no rivalry with Arsenal.

Trossard was running around like he was trying to a second yellow. On a booking he barged into the back of BSilva before booting the ball away (knowing it was a free kick that he’d just given away). I’d be looking at whether he or anyone close to him had any bets on him getting two yellow cards in that game.

This is a nasty challenge, serves him right that he was sent off, studs start half way up his shin.

according to gooners where I work Oliver is being paid by us. eg thousands and thousands for reffing abroad.

Loads of referee’s go abroad to referee games, it’s all organised by the FA.
Funny how you never ever hear conspiracy theories about the English referee’s who get paid to referee Egyptian cup games and derbies, but never book Salah for diving or being overly physical in duals?
Or about the ones who go to Greece to referee games there.

Tarquins complaining that Oliver has given them 8 red cards, as proof that he is against them.

Most of them were nailed on reds, even the contentious one or two you wouldn't say it was an outright wrong decision.

And they forget that he's given 6 reds against their opponents.
