Utd colleague claims to be an ITK and says it’s a done deal and they’ll be in a new stadium by the 28/29 season.

Couldn’t resist bursting his bubble..
Summer 2025 decision to build new stadium.
Designs of new stadium and local area drawn up. Will also have to plan, design and gain approval for a new freight terminal with rail and road links in somewhere like Wigan or more likely Leigh as that would suit Andy ‘where’s the camera?’ Burnham. All plans would have to go to public consultation and nimby protests because a freight hub is pretty ugly. That’s likely take 2 years minimum.

Then they’ll be political bickering about who’s paying for what. With that decided the construction job for the new freight link has to go out to tender and the winning bid has to come up with a schedule of works for local approval. Add on another 2 years.

Then you’ve got to build the new freight link because you can’t start working on the new stadium build until the existing hub has been moved. New roads to be built, rail tracks and signalling infrastructure, bridges etc.
New rail builds are a lengthy process and prone to extensive project overruns. But let’s be kind and say 3 years.

Then you’ve need to transition to the new freight site and clear the old one. Another year.

Finally, they’ll break ground in the new build. At least 2 years.

So in for the 35/36 season. By which point costs will have doubled from when Spurs dropped £2bn on their build. And scruffy Jim, the walking cadaver, will be well into his 80s.

Or faced with all that, maybe they’ll just tart up the Stretford End after all.
Airport FFS, dont forget an Airport...Bobby Charlton International will get them flocking in.

Subjective not enough force Fulham player made most of it by being in the way and if you slow it down looks worse it was a great footballing block
Bearing in mind Martinez did him earlier in the season and then boasted about it on social media, I'd say it was a deliberate attempt to injure a fellow professional.
Alfie Haaland can vouch for rag vendettas, that wasn't a great block it was a disgusting, pre meditated challenge.
Yet again a nasty rag is protected (twice this season at least)

I watched the game last night, It was a terrible game, Both sides were absolutely awful and a draw would have been a fair reflection of the game.

Having said that, It's absolutely disgraceful that Warwick Davis continues to jump in with two footed challenges and let away with it at every occasion, He's done it numerous times already this season and he hasn't been sent off.

I'm sure they'll wait until he actually snaps an opponents leg in half before they actually send him off, WHEN he does eventually break an opponents leg it will be all down to the officials for continuing to ignore his previous challenges.

I wouldn't wish an injury a serious injury on a player, But I'd make an exception to that prick and break his stumpy his legs.

They said the same about the Etihad campus. The land is occupied, the land is contaminated, there are coal mines under it etc etc..

It got done pretty swiftly and everybody had to eat a slice of STFU.

And the relocation of the freight terminal to St Helen's is nothing to do with Scruffy Jim and Andy Burnham. They have been planning it for years.

That Ugatre is a dirty fucker as well, gets away with 3 bookable fouls before sometimes actually getting a card.

The cheek of them beating Fulham, with a heavily deflected goal, towards the end of the game and signing you've seen United now fuck off home. Wankers

What was the announcement saturday while the game was on ? Something about chanting ?

I think it was something along the lines of "Be nice don't be a ****" quickly followed by an announcement that half and half scarves can be purchased from the program kiosks at the Brugge game :)

Scruffy tight ****, was sat in the stands with a pair of gardening gloves on!
Told his missus he was popping out to prune the roses, came home hours later, stinking of petrol with an Old Trafford insurance policy sticking out of his back pocket.

Unfortunately, he couldn't find Old Trafford, do he strangled Antony instead.

Check out BBC news on the swamp project. Lays bare the scruffy one’s intentions when buying into the scum.
Omar Berrada quoted as saying that creating a "landmark project around Old Trafford" is a "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity" after the announcement of Government support for a project to regenerate the area around the stadium.”
So a footy Chief Exec clearly worried about urban regeneration and rail links?????

Burnam quoted as saying it’s about the areas regeneration, specifically freight train transport and homes.

The scum PR machine will continue to conflate the two issues to try to condition readers to see the benefit in directing public funding into the stadium.

Can’t see it happening myself. Gvmt funding to undertake the rail work, private investment to invest in housing and infrastructure. Scruffy Jim and the Glazers looking at their own cash to revamp/ rebuild the stadium.
