We can beat either of them two. What a relief for few minutes until I knew who is next in the CL
Players coming back to fitness..new signings.
All is good

We needed a winger playing tonight against the low block.Am not convinced Savio can influence the game for 90 mins so agree with him not starting.
That 19 year old blonde fullback had phil in his pocket first half. So great sub and changes from pep.
We managed to keep the ball in the fridge as pep says in the last ten minutes thanks to Jonny Stones.
Don't care who we play next am looking forward to a great night under the Etihad floodlights. CTID
Exactly. As long as we don't play an English club we've got a shot.We can beat either of them two.

Only team i don't want to play is the dippers.Exactly. As long as we don't play an English club we've got a shot.
I hope Pep/Gavrdiol/Nunes noticed how the blond was RIGHT ON TOP of Phil when he was trying to cross, not lamely throwing a despairing leg in the vague vicinity of the ball from 5m away. Constantly annoys me, that one. That 19 year old blonde fullback had phil in his pocket first half.
100%.The first half was a negative. It was the umpteenth time we have seen, with our own eyes, how easy it is for the opposition to counter and score whilst we create nothing from huge sideways possession on the edge of the oppos area. We have seen once again the same tired legs selected with younger fresher legs benched or out of position. On a game that was deemed a must win. This is not a one off. And ‘the greatest manager’ himself, also thankfully saw his fuck up and changed it. However this isn’t the first time he’s made this disaster of a team selection, he’s far too keen to select old legs this season and it’s not hard to see. Yes, coming from behind is always a good thing but I’d argue we should never of been in that position in the first place. We were lucky it was Brugge. Arsenal, Madrid, Munich et al will destroy us with that first half set up and a few teams lesser than that have already. See Bournemouth, spurs at home. The worry is it’s very obvious even to a lamen. That’s what worries a fair few blues, that and the fact it seems to keep happening.
But perversely probably better we play bigger clubs than smaller ones to get our heads in gear and play properly for full 90 mins.Brugge finish 24th and get Atalanta or Dortmund.
We get Bayern or Madrid.
Lessons to be learnt, again, from tonight's starting 11, player positions, team structure, tempo etc. You'd have thought we had lost tonight, some of these comments are outrageous, there's some entitled fans on this forum
The match day thread is an abomination infested with some of the least knowledgeable, most destructive and verbally dangerous cretins imaginable.Maybe you should hang your head in shame. If you don’t like the match thread then give it a miss. Snowflake.
New signings can’t play.We can beat either of them two.

I don't understand why Ric allows space to attention seeking, socially inadequate ignoramus’s …
Only for the Round of 16 knockout phase, not the play-off. We have to get past Real or Bayern before they can be included in the squad.3 new players can be registered.
