If you replay two more times, you will see the goalie had a slight leap to his left and it was not the fake left leap in PK but a true shift of body weight to the left as the left was not covered well. When the ball went right through the legs, the goalie does’t have any momentum or anchoring point to dash to right. He was basically stoned. He could not get to the ground with any meaningful reach in time.
