Away fans / tourists in home sections

At the 4 4 last year we had a Chelsea fan in our end , jumped up when Thiago Silva scored. Got thrown down the stairs , job done , if any others in there they never jumped up

Posted in the atmosphere thread but probably more relevant here…

One of them sat next to us in 102, up and celebrating when they scored, rapidly hoisted on his way by all, and for once Showsec were there quickly. Whatever he paid and from where (usually a SC holder there so I’m guessing the exchange/club) it was a lot for 3 minutes of football and a few slaps. And he dropped his hotdog……
Who can afford to drop a hot dog at the ground?

Games gone.

On my way from the bus park to South Stand i thought there was a lot more half and half scarfs than normal last night.
Still it made no difference the atmosphere was brilliant last night.
Lots of HH in 222 CB as well - and looked not so happy when Haaland scored :-) Either hospitality or touts...

To my surprise, atmosphere was great - and I was lucky to be surrounded by proper Blues (I buy all my PL tickets in July, so it's a bit random where I sit)

Saturday night matches are superb for atmosphere. I also think our fans are great when we face a bit of adversity. The stadium was buzzing and the players showed real character after the Paris defeat. The Eithad is as good as anywhere when we are up against the wall. I expect the same for Bruges.

The light bit is true, the checking bit most certainly isn't. They barely bother to look let alone take an interest, no doubt think their only paid enough to stand there and to take any action of any sort against anything would require a substantial pay rise!
I've seen it light up and thought he/she doesn't look like a concession, seconds later they escape into the ground.
I've been challenged

Credit to all the blues involved in the flag displays too.

Tue Aouth Stand was very good but the songs really spread around the ground when they start in North Stsnd, that happens more in big games.

You sort of feel that the culture was shaped by 20 years of defiance, when following City was all about adversity.
Or hasn't been enjoyable, but in a way probably been good to experience a setback for a change in terms of playing performance - though hopefully it's just half a season!

Not our problem. But for Celtic and Rangers fans it’s a problem. They can’t keep their big mouths shut. They think they can waltz into anny away stadium and home stand and give it the big one.
And then they get all offended when someone is raining punches down on them

Clubs need to learn, otherwise someday soon someone will be killed by cracking their head on steps or getting one of those once in a lifetime punches.

Having been to Villa Park in the home stands for a City game, its really not hard to go unnoticed. Hope it was worth thinking they could shout up for a bit of banter.

Just shut the fuck up and be discreet.

When was the last time anyone from Ireland and Scotland shut up? They can’t stop talking and shouting very loud.
