With the CL draw the chances of Khusanov at right back at Arsenal have gone up. If we don't play him at right back at the Emirates, there is only Orient before Real Madrid.

Nunes made mistakes vs PSG and Brugges. If Khusanov is to play vs Real Madrid at right back, we have 2 games in which to prepare.

If we don't get Cambiaso it surely has to be Akanji at RB against Real

Have concerns about Stones being able able to play another 90 mins, but I assume Ruben and Ake are still unfit and it would be a big ask for Kushanov to start. In Marmoush, Haaland, Foden and Savinho we can definitely cause their defence problems, the main issue is the midfield.

I'd imagine one of the things Pep will be saying is 'don't give away corners and free kicks in the City half'. Nullify the set piece threat and you've done half the job I reckon.
Won't matter, your lads will still dive for them irrespective of how hard we try not to commit any, and the ref, despite 'hating us both equally', will no doubt oblige on all the little 'trickle-decisions', and you'll probably win from the extra goal in three, which is scored from a set-piece, and it'll go almost un-noticed, much like the time wasting, in-match coaching sessions, faking of injury, etc...etc...etc. has, in the mainstream media, and our fans won't be all over the cesspit of social shit doc com calling for the ritual killing of Frank Bough and Danny Murphy.

Probably, I reckon ;)

From an enemy perspective this is how I reckon we'll line up;

Raya
Timber
Saliba
Gabriel
Calafiori
Odegard
Rice
Partey
Nwaneri
Havertz
Martinelli

He may play Lewis-Skelly instead of Calafiori and Trossard instead of Martinelli. Raya did have a fitness concern but I'd imagine he'll make it.

I'd not be against the ritual killing of Danny Murphy to be fair. Ideally swap in Carragher for Bough in that execution as well.

In the nicest way we shouldn't be scared of that front 6, without Saka it seems a bit impotent.
We just have to limit the set pieces.

Nwaneri is an unknown to City and is quality but is just a kid. Agree that I don't think the City backline will be having nightmares about facing Havertz.

Ok, I'm in!

But, do you wanna organise the social hatred campaign to get the ball moving?
and then just put our name to it?
Maybe get some headed note paper for extra authenticity?

I've got fight, but I've got this suppressed motivation issue thing (CBAS - to give it its full name).
Being a Goon you've probably got more experience of that stuff anyway, so it's just playing to our respective skill sets really?

Tempting, but so's 3 points (or even 1 TBF)

Ok I'm going for an Acca bet

1. City to come out and break down in tears as they are overwhelmed by the power of the 'Norfff Laaanddaaan Forevveerrr' anthem.

2. Sterling to start and score a perfect hattrick (left foot, right foot, header).

3. Gabriel and Haaland to spend the whole match kicking the crap out of each other but as the minutes tick on, the sexual tension builds and at full time they kiss each other passionately in the rain on the halfway line

4. Arsenal to avoid any form of delay at restarts and Arteta to race onto the pitch when any of our players question the Referee's decision and drag that player away from the ref and forcing them to apologise.

I'd imagine if that came in I'd be a billionaire on a £2 stake. Probably just for point 4 to be fair as that's the least likely.

Would start Stones and bring in Khusanov later on. We bought them for a reason. They have to play and adapt.

On it! Full social hatred training comes with Arsenal membership so I'll dig out the instructions now

Pretty low expectations for this. Their defence and midfield are pretty strong and ours isnt. Be a bit more confident if Stones plays and we play the wide full backs.

I voted for a win.

In truth, any result is probably equally possible.

Play like we did at Chelsea and their arse will go.

Kusanov to start again?

IMHO Pep's decision regarding the starting 11 and tactics will determine whether we get anything from this game.
Don't think it will be the sort of game where we can get back in it if we go behind.
Either Pep Masterstroke or Brain fart !
