Disagree. He’s taken time to adapt to the LB role - whilst also having to create or score many of our goals! - but he’s getting more & more confident & consistent. Possibly one of our best players in recent gamesJust as long as he doesn't have to defend

He’s doing well there and his forward runs are great. I can’t help thinking though with a run of games at centre back he’d end up the best central defender in the world

Agree. However, playing so far up on the left will give him an even greater awareness of the pitch and how we manipulate teams around it, so when he does ultimately make that transition to centre defence, he will, as you say, be even better.He’s doing well there and his forward runs are great. Well if you compare him to Kyle, Rico, Nunes then he is still exceptional in a lot of his play. People forget he’s 22Just as long as he doesn't have to defend
