Pep Guardiola - 2024/25

Pep can’t seem to motivate his players. Today Arsenal were pumped up, city were abject. Seen this from City too many times this season. We have bought some plasters to mend the team, we need far more than that.

Do you seriously think it's not a struggle to achieve what he's achieved? The difference between winning the league titles and not is one goal in a season going the other way.

Nobody else in history has done 100 points or 4 in a row. He's the only person who's ever figured that out. You don't think it might have been a bit of a struggle to do that?

In the last few months his team, still club world cup champions, has reached the end of a cycle, and in his personal life his marriage ended. I don't know how you reach "just not been up to it". Please show the guy a little empathy. I promise you City will never have a better manager ever again.

Love him but the board has fooked him & his loyalty to old players has killed us

Like I said in the match thread, one of the worst big game managers in Europe since last season, we can't beat any top team in Europe, Arsenal twice last season and twice this season, dippers twice last season and once this season, Madrid twice last season, Inter this season, PSG this season, we never win.

Yes individual mistakes killed us today but then again those mistakes have been happening all season, and his total complete inability to use his bench to change a game is quite incredible for one of the greatest managers of all time, it was a spineless performance and he's not blameless.
 
I hope that next season we will be denied the services of Stones, Grealish, Bernardo, Akanji and Nunes
 
Dreadful again. The same formation was absolutely wank against PSG. Switched it to something that worked against Chelsea, then we go straight back to it away at Arsenal. Makes no sense at all.
 
He has to accept players have to rebuild their confidence, those crazy formations without any control in midfield and no counterpress aren't helping. That's why everyone is making so many mistakes.

He is his worst enemy. Genius or not he’s been a bloody numpty this season, it’s woeful.
