So if a fan can't offer up a name does that mean a man whose entire job it is to find names and bring them in, who has an extensive list of contacts and one of the world's best scouting networks at his disposal can't find one either? There's undoubtedly players out there, if we can't find them then the job isn't being done properly. As for them not being for sale. Marmoush wasn't for sale, until he was, palmeiras were insistent Reis wasn't available until the summer but he's here. The only viable excuse for not bringing somebody in would be a lack of funds, that's clearly not applicable to us.

No we didn't. Grealish has been a good player for us. Nunes will continue as a decent squad player. Phillips is a mistake,all teams make mistakes.Out hit rate is better than most maybe everyone.

Id agree our hit rate is pretty decent for most positions bar central midfield, where we havent added any real quality since Rodri came in the summer of 2019. Nunes as a decent squad player gave me a good laugh. Whats he good for - bib collecting? Washing the kit? Hes absolutely shite.

I will go to my grave believing we took him on as a favour to Mendes to save Wolves from failing PSR; the payback for us being Bernardo staying on which helped us win another title and Mendes owing us a favour down the line.

Yes as I say if we haven't bought somebody yet it's for very good reasons. We aren't run by idiots. Fans saying there must be players out there and available but not knowing who doesn't make it so.

You've just given two examples of the club doing exactly what you think they should be doing to back up your claim that they're not doing what you think they should be doing

Have to admit that I don’t know anything about this fella but safe to say we desperately need some legs in midfield. We can’t continue the way we are and if he at the very least a specialist defensive midfielder then we need to make this happen.
