I'm 51 pal had my ticket 40 years,,my first season I've come out of this comp,,I just can't stomach the "fans" the club are happy to sell to and I've lost the stomach for night games as a whole these daysYou could always turn up and contriibute as many of us did.
Totally agree m8Yep, really looking forward to the Plymouth game!
If the club gets the pricing right like they did with Salford, the atmosphere will better for that than it was tonight
One things for sure, it will be a least 18 months until we see the tourists at CL games againThat’s the most tourists I’ve ever seen before at a football match. When we scored I reckon half my block stayed sat down. Never seen owt like that tonight.
Yeah I agree never seen so many videoing the game no wonder chants weren’t spreading. Woeful but we know the club don’t want us “fans”That’s the most tourists I’ve ever seen before at a football match. When we scored I reckon half my block stayed sat down. Never seen owt like that tonight.
Lol ill actually take that as a positiveOne things for sure, it will be a least 18 months until we see the tourists at CL games again
Disagree heavily and I’m normally positive SS3 felt like almost every other seat was a tourist. People not celebrating goals or everyone vlogging the game or posing for pictures wasn’t a football crowd that’s for sure…For what it's worth, I thought the atmosphere was fantastic tonight. Best since the treble season for me.
It was no Hamburg don't get me wrong, but I thought we were loud and proud tonight, just a shame about the result.
As for the tourists, yes there were a fair few, but it was nowhere near the levels of when we've played Madrid in the past
It will be full of actual city fans. The fa cup games are now the only games most our ‘legacy’ fans can afford.Yep, really looking forward to the Plymouth game!

Unbelievable
I really didn’t enjoy that tonight. Felt like I was an imposter in some random football stadium with a generic crowd that I wasn’t a memeber of. We’ve had a lot of tourists before but for the first time ever that didn’t feel a City crowd tonight.Absolute joke that crowd tonight, to the point where it felt like I was in another country/or at an away game, kicking off all over the family stand, had the little fella with me who couldn’t understand what was going on. As a club we absolutely peaked tonight in terms of alienating our core, that’s me done for CL games
We really did try. The regulars that were around me, we joined in with every chant that got going. But it was like being at a pre-season friendly in another country.I am seeing lots of crap about ticketing and fans being where they shouldn’t be, but fwiw the City fans came across impressively loud and clear during the game.
Well done to all that participated.
Hopefully, the Supporters Groups can give City an earful about it, but I’m not hopeful things will change on tickets getting into the hands of opposition fans and tourists. We really did try. It is an atmosphere thread tbhJust been beat and you come on here to slag the crowd off.
Fuck off.
I get that, but some just can't get on here quick enough to slag off match going supporters. It is an atmosphere thread tbh
Unbelievable
Well said, I second thatA massive fuck off to anyone from the club reading this :)
