Got caught in two minds over that horror pass from Kovacic but shouldn't have been put in that position. Defended pretty well up to that point. Criticism is way over the top. Ederson cost us the game tonight. We were already shaky with some loose passing and he gifted them the equaliser and the wheels came off. When it's panic stations I expect players with the experience of Kovacic, Stones,.Dias and Ederson to stand up and not put a 20 year old local lad in the situation he was in.

I don’t care if he’s local lad, we carry him every time he’s on the field. His game time to results completely point to this fact. It’s obvious.

It wasn’t a great pass but Rico makes it look worse than it was by hesitating and backing off. If he moves forward and attacks the ball, he easily gets the ball first.

He is actually the level below Angelino who never got the chance to play.

He’s got nothing going for him. We are talking about a guy who is probably the 3rd choice (at best) RB at the club. Numbers 1 and 2 are a CB moving over and a guy that was bought as a midfielder, who played as a left winger and somehow ended up at RB.

If any RB is behind Nunes in the pecking order, that RB does not belong at this level.

I refuse to believe that Pep thinks Rico is a top player. I’m not having it.

Id argue he wouldn’t even start in Ipswich either. Nothing footballer.

Highly doubt quicker, he won't be doing elite level sprint training and I don't imagine he's got much more quad or explosive muscle building improvement in the legs in him with football the main focus. Most football players who are rapid, are at their peak speed by 20/21.

I agree. Feels like he's hit his levels already. Needs to be aiming for SWP's role in the game because his future isn't in our own half, that's for sure.

Possibly not from next season but still decent cover and saves money on bringing another player along with a new RB.

For this season he is a good bet for more games as our newer players still need the time to fully adapt. Mostly he has been decent (although not top quality)

Either of the two new defenders Plymouth played v LFC have more presecence, hes been exposed more this year already than dodgy chef Gino. Hes young enough to recover and clearly Pep rates him.

Dawdles on the ball too often and leaves the back post open all the time. Luxury player that we cannot afford to use because we don’t win the ball high up the pitch anymore.

Ederson mistake cost us tonight and the mountain to climb is far too much in my opinion. But ...We shall see.
