Anybody expecting a full set of Sabs songs with just the four of them is going to be very disappointed. It'll be a stream of guest singers etc ... same with Ozzy's set. Bet Jake E Lee won't wish to be playing Shot In The Dark given recent events though ;-)

My daughter, bless her, asked me if I wanted to go with her....I gracefully declined claiming AC/DC induced tinitus from the 80's....sound like hard work at my age to be honest. Could be a great gig though at an appropriate ground.

That’s good but the established and most popular artists are the ones who are charging a fortune for gig tickets. If more people were still buying their albums on physical media, then they probably wouldn’t charge so much for gig tickets. I realise that this gig is for charity but the prices are ridiculous.

Fair enough, but for what AC/DC was going to cost or this Sabbath shin dig for a decent ticket at Murrayfield, which like any stadium is a bit shit, I'm going to 4 gigs to see Fish, Saxon, Savatage and Uriah Heep headlineing at decent venues where you can actually see the bands.
I've se AC/DC, Sabbath ,Metallica (probably the real headliners here) many times at reasonable prices, don't feel any inclination to pay £160 plus to see them in a rainy field,:)

I took my 14 year old to see the final Sabbath show at Download in 2015. Sure Ozzy said it was.

My lad's musical taste improved when he moved to Manchester.
