Of course he fucking does! Let’s hope it’s summat and nowt. And in his last game, he comes off injured…
Irrelevant, he won't be anywhere near our first team for at least 12 monthsOf course he fucking does! Let’s hope it’s summat and nowt.
I don't see how you can say that. He is young and might need to develop a little more physically but what a player. I just hope he is OK after that injury. I couldn't tell what type of injury it is.Irrelevant, he won't be anywhere near our first team for at least 12 months
He's a wonderful exciting talent but incredibly raw and physically weak. He will need time to mature and strengthen and also settle into a new culture and country.I don't see how you can say that. I remember people saying that about David Silva ;-)He's a wonderful exciting talent but incredibly raw and physically weak. He will need time to mature and strengthen and also settle into a new culture and country.
David Silva had played in LaLiga regularly for several seasons and for a big team, big difference.I remember people saying that about David Silva ;-)
I hope we keep him around and he gets the odd start. Depends how training goes I guess. Most skilful player I have seen, at his age, for a while.
In a couple of years he could have vanished or he could be a star. I think and hope it’s going to be the latter.
Such is his ability though that I am not sure his slightness of frame is going to be a big issue. To the first team squad and prepare! He's a wonderful exciting talent but incredibly raw and physically weak. He will need time to mature and strengthen and also settle into a new culture and country.
Silva was playing for Eibar in the 2nd division at just 19 which is the same age as Echeverri now. He was 20 years old and 6 months when he made his debut for Valencia in La Liga.David Silva had played in LaLiga regularly for several seasons and for a big team, big difference.
And Echeverri has 30 games for River Plate. I strongly hope he goes into City's first team squad and we take it from there.Silva was playing for Eibar in the 2nd division at just 19 which is the same age as Echeverri now. If there was any chance he could play for the first team we would not have allowed hin to play in this tournament.Wonder if the 3 week rest rule is in place for youth tournaments.
This guy needs a rest anyway. He’s just played a whole season and then an international tournament.
He stands out in a youth tournament, for River Plate he showed flashes of brilliance but often went MIA.Such is his ability though that I am not sure his slightness of frame is going to be a big issue. To the first team squad and prepare!
To learn the Spanish language and culture? ;-)He stands out in a youth tournament, for River Plate he showed flashes of brilliance but often went MIA.
He's a kid that will need time to learn his trade, toughen up and learn a new language and culture, I am sure he will be with Girona next season.
To play in a tough league, against high quality players. To learn the Spanish language and culture? ;-)
