* City took up the cudgels on behalf of all the non-'Red Cartel' clubs against what are now proven to be illegal APT regulations ushered in by the Premier League after the Saudi takeover of Newcastle United, and

Let me get this straight, the tribunal has null & voided the APT rules for the last 3 years yet Masters is saying the APT rules voted in November are legal, which are just the null & voided rules with the so-called unlawful parts removed.
