City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

Neither, this isn't about the new rules, it is clarification on the ruling last year in effect, that the three points which were unlawful made the entire rules void.

The PL saying we have new rules now. There is no verdict on the new rules, that is ongoing.

Not surprised there is nothing public, just something someone at the Daily Mail claims to have seen.
It was supposed to be a times exclusive tomorrow.

Given that

* City took up the cudgels on behalf of all the non-'Red Cartel' clubs against what are now proven to be illegal APT regulations ushered in by the Premier League after the Saudi takeover of Newcastle United, and

* Tomorrow's visitors to our gaff are the very same Newcastle United that had been targeted along with us

would it be in order for the Newcastle squad to form a guard of honour to applaud our lads onto the pitch, as a symbol of their and other clubs' grateful thanks for City having the cojones to stand up to and face down said 'Red Cartel'..? Just a thought..!

Forgot about this ruling being seen in the light it should do by anyone other than city.

The news will be muted,
Other clubs will gaslight it as futher evidence we are evil arabs.

Other fans will hate us more not less.

We are on our own here. We do us.

Let me get this straight, the tribunal has null & voided the APT rules for the last 3 years yet Masters is saying the APT rules voted in November are legal, which are just the null & voided rules with the so-called unlawful parts removed. Surely these should be also null & voided & it's a diabolical mess

Wonder how much our compensation claim is? Coming out of the PL coffers/PL TV money which will further exacerbate United's PSR woes, luvly jubbly.
Well if they have to pay our legal fees that alone is being reported as £10m.

Throw in the loss of sponsorship revenue with compound interest and it’s going to recoup a fair bit of our January outlay.
