City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

Let me get this straight, the tribunal has null & voided the APT rules for the last 3 years yet Masters is saying the APT rules voted in November are legal, which are just the null & voided rules with the so-called unlawful parts removed. Surely these should be also null & voided & it's a diabolical mess
Yes…sly Simon on the beeb has that at the bottom of his article too….makes no sense and sounds like an absolute balloon talking.

Where does that leave the teams fined and docked points in that period? Or those who sold players against their will to ensure ATP compliance?

The biggest take out of this is that it is clear the premier league doesn't know how to legally create and enforce financial governance, has lost money and credibility trying to defend it's position, and this is the same room of clowns claiming our books are cooked.

I wonder if the PL are regretting picking a fight with us yet?

Hopefully this is just the first of our major successes against the PL and cartel clubs insidious rules and plans hamper our progress and besmirch the reputation of the club.

Clearly the braindeads and imbeciles will continue to call us out but the legality of the decisions are beyond question no matter how much they try to bury their pathetic and infantile heads.

- First it was 'they'll splash big money on 2nd rate talent' then Sergio, Yaya, Silva and KDB arrived
- Then it was 'they'll never be able to gel all these big money signings' and we won the F Cup, then the league, then got 100 points, then broke the goal scoring record, then won the Treble, then won 4 in a row
- Then it was 'yeah but you'll never win the Champs League' so we did that
- All the while it was 'but you've got no fans' and we sell out a 50k+ stadium, and are adding 12k more
- Not forgetting we 'have no history' despite winning major/Euro trophies before all of the the Red Crybabies
- Then it was 'but you have an unfair money advantage' despite Utd/Liverpool building the majority of their trophies on the back of their PL/Champs League money advantage (without any spending restrictions or rules)
- then it was 'yeah, but you've been cheating' and our lawyers just proved the first phase of 'it was the rules that were illegal' ...

Karma is a bitch ...
Don't these times
Fill your eyes?

Surely, though we could make them squirm.
Try to put a case together that due to the loss of income we didn’t buy players in the summer and if we were to miss out on the CL push for what we would have earned in CL income.

On a more serious point would we not be able to claim for the lost sponsors income and interest on that?
