The Head of Facilities & Maintenance will oversee all aspects of the club's facilities management, ensuring that the stadium and all associated onsite infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards.

The Role:



Develop and execute maintenance schedules for safety, efficiency, and visual appeal.


Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
through inspections and audits.

Handle reactive and planned maintenance efficiently to minimise disruptions.


Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.


Supervise and lead a diverse team of maintenance and trade professionals.


Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Manage the facilities and maintenance budget
, optimising resources and cost control.

Support the Head of Regulatory Services with health and safety documentation and risk assessments.

Work closely with Head of Regulatory Services to ensure that all property and operational activity meets current legislation and Health & Safety requirements

United dropping deeper. They're so lucky there's 3 seriously shit sides in the league. Still, it means less prize money for them, sponsors paying less, all helps when they're on the edge of complying with PSR.

Just need some unlikely team to knock them out of Europe, sadly the competition is championship standard.
