You don’t consider tripping over flat grass whilst jogging a ‘freak incident’?

There’s every chance he does that in the warm down or on the 4g walking to the bench.
If he’d have overstretched a groin or hammy I tend to agree. But not for a stumble on grass. The guy likes scoring you know.
Yes but you can take him off if he's playing, which I think Pep should've done after an hour, before risking a bad tackle or even a freak incident, if he had that incident in the first half fair enough, but it was in the last few minutes when he shouldn't have been on the pitch, get him off while you can.

Didn't see the jarring at the match but just seen it on Motd, I shuddered watching that as a man who has suffered every knee injury imaginable. Reports seem to indicate it was a simple jarring but that's the type of thing that might not be a problem initially, fingers crossed he's absolutely fine.

He jumped Gundo and Stones for captaincy? I like it. He has captain like qualities. Even at Norway, shows way more in the leadership dept than Odegaard.

I hope so. Pep seemed relatively relaxed and I am sure I saw Haaland walking around the pitch after thanking the fans.

Why would you take him off? What a load of bullshit

Rest him when the game was done ? remember he's been playing 90 minutes almost every game since August.
Mate, he's a goalscorer. He wants to be on the pitch when the team are scoring goals. I do get what you're saying but the injury was a complete freak. Hopefully it was just a jar of the knee

Good hard working performance yesterday.

Didn't get too many chances fall to him but that happens. Worked very hard for the team, that's all you can ask for. His goalscoring ability will always be there.

Really appreciate how - unlike a few other forwards I could mention - he doesn’t have any issue letting one of his teammates be the main man as long as we get the win. The combination of that much talent and that selfless streak is very useful.
