I don't understand why people get so worked up about Roland Ratface spouting drivel. Just laugh at him, point out our game against Madrid had the biggest ever audience on Amazon Prime, beating the previous best ever against Arsenal. Along with being the most watched team across the pond, how does that compare with the raggies shrinking fortune.
I’d say it’s only small minded people/clubs who worry whether they are a big club or bigger than another team.

Let them debate it amongst themselves with their obvious insecurities while ‘little ole City’ continue to dominate….this season is only a blip !

Judging by how he struggled to articulate his point, even he doesn't believe it, hanging out Jamie certainly didn't!

So I bit the bullet and had a read of Miggy's article in the independent. I think it was interesting as he's quoting an anonymous Premier League exec - the tone has changed.. the EPL acting with the best interests of the league, caught out on a technically even though the sentiment of what they were doing is for the betterment of the league.. plucky little EPL and big bad state owner City.

Was pissing myself reading it, you can almost smell the fear.

Don't look at what the rules actually say, look at the sentiment behind what we meant. Shades of Leicester again

Did Miggy think to point out to the executive that they were warned about the technicality of the rules being unlawful but pushed ahead anyway?

I shit you not... Talksport just now. Adrian Durham asks is this the worst PL win for the last 5 or 6 season? Considering what City have done.

Danny Murphy was apoplectic, stunned. He had to turn it around and ask if this the best start by any new manager ever. the manchild mardarse.

I didn't read it, but I did get sent a clip of him writing it.

Your first mistake was tuning into Takk Shite, your second was not turning it off after realising your first mistake;)

Love how everyone associated with Liverpool forget that Pellegrini, Jose, Ancelotti, and Conte all won the league in their first season in the Premier League.

Debut season:
Jose
Won league
Won league cup

CL semi final (eliminated by the Garcia "ghost goal" for Liverpool)
FA Cup 5th Round

Pellegrini
Won league
Won league cup

FA Cup 6th Round
CL round of 16

Ancelotti
Won league
Won FA Cup

CL round of 16
League cup 5th round

Conte
Won league
FA Cup Runners up
League cup 4th round
(Not in Europe that season due to finishing 10th previous season)

Who’s worked up? Just provided an example like yourself.

It’s funny because when the original APT judgment came out, that stupid **** stridently asserted that the result wasn’t a win for City. Braindead ****.

Nowhere is anyone making the point that the PL have brought this on themselves through their own arrogance (partly) and incompetence (mostly). All they had to do is write APT rules that treated all PL clubs fairly and consistently. In their rush to screw City and Newcastle without damaging anyone else they have been amateurish beyond belief. That is where the blame for all this lies, not with big, bad City.

Oh, and on Samuel, I think he is enjoying this a little too much. Over the last couple of years, he has taken a bit of stick from his fellow "professionals" for standing up against FFP and APT and he seems to be giving a bit back with some pretty ott assessments at the moment. No problem with that from me, but it's a little surprising.
