Can only echo was others have said. Good player, poor injury record which probably won't improve now he's into his 30s. Same with Stones.

Can't knock their ability but we certainly need some defenders of similar quality that aren't made of biscuit.

He's ace and was runner up for my personal poty 22/23 season. Always feel more confident when he plays, just a pity he has injury tendencies.

Nathan's an underrated defender in the wider football world, but he's been crucial in our recent successes, even allowing for his fitness issues.

Van Dijk's thirty-three. Both Stones and Aké are of comparable class. Thirty is really nothing for a quality central defender. I live in hope.

i read somewhere that city made 21 defenders subs due to injury this season, don’t know if it’s correct.

Sounds like he might not be fit.

Even so, he usually isn't the most mobile defender to begin with.

We need to upgrade the LCB really badly in the summer.

Has to actively adjust his body and set himself to make a 5 yard pass. He’s never been slick on the ball - always rigid - but this is another level at the minute.

Too slow now. Running in treacle and takes way too long to distribute the ball when he moves forward with the ball.
