I was directly behind this person. He didn't jump up and celebrate, he just got his phone out and started filming their fans celebrate. It was a stupid thing to do, but I think he was probably a tourist who didn't understand fan culture here.
Got his phone slapped out of his hands, his glasses got launched. He was being absolutely pummelled for about 2 minutes before the stewards came to rescue him. Most of the people throwing digs came from other areas of the stand to hit him without knowing what had happened.
I felt like I should step in and try and help him, but it was a lynch mob. Thought I'd be battered by other City fans if I did. Was so uncomfortable to watch. Club needs to sort it out or it will happen time and time again.
