Just thought I'd say how much I miss David Silva

Nick L thinks I should give my head a wobble because I like to remember a past true legend of our club. Maybe he should take time to read the responses on this thread. It might just dawn on him how isolated he is. I could descend to his level and post something derogatory to him but I’ll refrain from doing so.

I didn’t start this living in the past type of thread , I choose to move on and not cling hopelessly onto yesteryear ! Btw I’m free to comment on BS threads or are the Bluemoon thought police on the case ?
Are you saying I can't comment on your post on this free forum or is that more thought police action?

The facts are you opened a post you didn't care about and posted on it, proving that you cared enough to do those things.

Should we not post about Colin Bell, Aguero or Buzzer anymore either?

I see you have cared enough to have posted more than anybody else in this thread so far though, kind of ironic tbh.

Good player, not a great goal return for his position, so even at his best he would probably struggle in this seasons team

He's exactly the player we need now that we have runners. If he was playing in a pocket behind a front 3 we'd be flying. If we had a 5 years younger Kevin we'd be...well, we'd be the centurions.

This season more than any other has shown just how we were spoiled, and took for granted what talent he had. He left at the right time, imo, going out at the top unlike KDB. In my kfa opinion he rivalled Messi apart from actually putting it in the net. Unlocking an 11-man penalty area better than anyone made up for it, Phil Foden seemed on the verge of being an adequate replacement, sadly, he seems to have hit a brick wall. Watching DS was worth the admission on his own, the trade-mark reverse pass and the instant 180 spin just sublime

Yep, if he could have finished, he'd have been a Ballon D'Or contender. Think DS was more for assists, Messi did/does the finishing himself.

I was wondering the other day, when will we have a testimonial for him and aguero. I know it was initially ruined by Covid, but I’d love to see them both play again at the etihad!
