I dont believe they’ve opened a case and if they have they’ve not made it public.

As someone else pointed out, I doubt the EU would care. Plus with the war in Ukraine and cutting off their main oil and gas supplier, doubt they would go out of there way to piss off the UAE and Qatar.

Not sure how that would work. UEFA is based in Switzerland, which is not in the EU either.
