We have entities (Troyes, Girona etc…) who will fall under EU law so possibly after the CFG group.Am I being thick... Brexit 2020... Tebas complains 2023 ... what is going to happen with that...we've left?
Or is he hoping they'll try and influence UEFA to revisit (CAS part 2!), an independent and seperate entity from EU/EC.
We are associate members of EC still, but that's still a bit of stretch.
Tebas may also want to restrict our trade in Europe which may stretch as far as purchasing players and being in European competitions.
But I’m just trying to guess what he’s trying to achieve from this.
I think I read the law he’s gone after is for specifically relates to state owned companies.
City and CFG are not state owned. So if that’s the case he’s a proper dumb ****.
