The GPD % is a guide line rather than a rule, Iceland is part of NATO and has pretty much no Military, its in NATO for purely strategic reasons. they spend 0.1% of there GDP.

But just for reference. Ukraine are currently at 36% GDP for Military. UK is at 2.3%, US is at 3.3%. Poland is at 4%.

True but pretty much everyone else in that country should really be telling him to shut the fuck up. I would imagine the biggest proponents of the reds under the bed obsession were the kind of bible belt god save America yee haw fucknuts that vote republican.

Congress will have to pass it and maybe they will but even the GoP voted through a bill that wouldn’t allow a POTUS to leave NATO unilaterally without their consent after the orange ****’s first term.

Unfortunately I don’t think Ukraine will ever be invited into NATO the west is frightened to death over Russian nukes.
