Less than two months into his presidency it’s getting tiresome the day to day shite being spouted and being controversial for the sake of it. We have another four years of this unfortunately, with his isolationist policies the world should give him what he wants and not trade with them and ignore them completely. They can go cuddle up to Putin, sure he can sell them some tariff free vodka and Ladas.
 
How does the world stop him?

Are we a really at a point in history where we have to sanction the USA. Stop trade? Block flights?

Isolate them in a way we have done with Russia?

That hurts everyone, the issue is does his base not give a fuck and does his opposition still seemingly sit and watch, helpless?

Watching his “performance” on the news this morning, he is a dictator, America now seemingly a dictatorship until the mid terms at least and does anyone believe he won’t do everything within his power to stop free and fair elections then that would surely see him lose his majorities?
 
I feel so sorry for the decent Americans. Your country is lost.
Your freedoms are already being eroded. Your children (since yesterday) cannot protest without the risk of losing their education costs. The ban on wearing face masks it truly ironic given the Capitol riots and later pardons.

Every single thing that was in Trump's way is being systematically dismantled.
Trump is controlling the media and the institutions, Musk is controlling the money and Trump.
Trump is the biggest liar in history and he doesn't even try to hide it, yet you still elected him.

To say midterms and an eventual election will right these wrongs is beginning to look less likely.
He didn't accept an election result when he had little control. There is no way he will let a little thing like law/democracy/votes to get in his way in the future. He stated "Vote for me, and you will never need to vote again".
He is releasing and gathering like minded people, in the knowledge that he's going to need more than political support in the future.

It is like watching a car crash in slow motion. You know what is going to happen next, but nobody seems willing to stop it.

Language habits, Chinese use "we" when they try to describe some common phenomenon/views.
NO need to bother with that.
Example:"we eat dog"
doesn't mean I eat dog.
I may have never eat dog, but some Chinese do eat dog.
So I may say "we eat dog"
 
After the appalling treatment of President Zelensky last week there was a small window when even the Torygraph was horrified by Trump's behaviour. That window quickly closed.

While it is not quite back to championing Trump, which has long been its position, it isn't questioning much of what he said either. The Grauniad on the other hand has fact-checked his biggest claims and found most of them to be the usual bollocks.

You have to wonder how the Torygraph has got itself into this treacherous mess.

One of those brave soldiers was a good friend of mine who i worked with at 34 field hospital. He was 24 years old married with twin boys who were 3 years old when he was killed. Trump and Vance are uber cunts of the highest order. They are not fit to even clean our soldiers boots. These young men and women made the highest sacrifice any serving person can do by paying for it with their lives.

How do you know for sure what the Chinese do with troublemakers?
If the American media perpetually spouts anti Chinese propaganda - how much of that is truth?

I once met an American delegate in the north of China and he said that in reality, where we were was "not a bad place to be".

Consider also the relative crime rates. It is extremely unlikely that you will fall victim to violent crime in China - whereas in the U.S......

China insists that its' government is allowed to do its' job without being questioned all the time. There is no argument against this and so everybody knows where they stand.

China is a land where common sense rules and not the rantings of idiots.

I wouldn’t take that high horse too far from the safety of your stable. I had dinner with a Chinese couple a month or two ago in Milan. They would tell you a rather different story, and I believed their firsthand viewpoint.
