If it had to be one, I’d pick Arkansas, as the way it’s pronounced has always got on my tits.
Whatever the merits of that idea I don't think it's likely. Most of the world doesn't care, and I wouldn't bet on Europeans giving up international football either. Calling it the ‘WC’ is sufficient grounds for boycott of itself.There might be some effect but the 2026 WC was always going to sell most of its tickets to local diasporas, not foreign tourists. Stadiums will be far from empty.

I had a look through Project 2025 because I’ve fallen down the hole now, one of the things they are pushing is stopping birth control, or at least taking the education and access to some of it, they are fucking mental.

They will care when they are pulled into war, whether that’s on the battlefield or tariffs, this is affecting the whole world soon, China is gearing up for Taiwan now, I can see that in the next 6 months, Europe will affectively be at war with Russia one way or another and Who knows where Trump will try for.Whatever the merits of that idea I don't think it's likely. I didn’t know that, having only come to these threads during the run up to the election. It explains a lot. Anyone other than a doctor who posts opinions on abortion are almost always wrong on a major point. For example, it is a common belief amongst US politicians that the ‘morning after’ pill is an abortifacient. Wonder where Poland stands in this. They are Pro west* and very very anti Russia (anti Ukraine too but given the support they have given Ukr shows how much they dislike Russia). Lots of yank military equipment in Polish forced, jet’s especially. US has bases in Poland, think there’s a black site there.
