I don't think the panel will give a single hoot about when they send the draft award to the two parties. I imagine when they are finished, they will send it.

When the PL publishes it is a different matter of course, but I suppose the club will keep them straight on that like they did with the APT award.

Two issues here.

You referenced a rumour of our guilt (ie, prior to judgement) gaining more clicks than a rumour of our innocence.

There’s little logic in this for the reasons I put in previous post.

Second issue is around the post-judgement coverage. Again, regardless of the finding, the masses will click on the stories, either through anger and disappointment or joy and smugness.

Longer term, there won’t be a void in the press. Perhaps there may be less coverage than a guilty judgement that sees the club relegated. But this issue will continue to be talked about.

You think the likes of Delaney will calmly close their laptop, accept the finding and move on to something else?

Not a chance.

It is the Judges’ statement so they will lead on when it is made public. The two parties will prepare their own releases to coincide with the statement.

Not fact checking - I meant fact corrections - like typos on names and spellings etc. This will be a process governed by the Panel before the formal handing down of the final judgment.
 
With the CAS verdict, didn't they just set the date and time 24 hours previously and we all sat and waited. Don't think City will have the luxury of deciding when its announced, will be down the the committee surely.
 
If TH was signposting that the draft has landed, it follows that other journalists will also know. In which case, watch the usual suspects

What nonsense. Firstly, there will always be another story. Secondly, I've made almost nothing from the City case - there has been very little more to say for years beyond what I said on Day 1.

Of course fans of other clubs want us to be guilty.

He should just say it even if it’s not true, it doesn’t seem to matter to anyone else.

“Thank you for joining us on this momentous day when we’re cleared of all wrong doing, now I’m only going to answer questions on football & I’ll refer you to Dickie Masters for any other questions……”
 
This all seems too early to me for the 115 announcement. It's not even spring yet, so i won't be standing by my bed just yet.....maybe in a few weeks.

I did not mean stories of the actual judgement , that will be a huge story for all but in the last two years livings have been made on the rumours of our guilt and downfall.

And if you think the club if cleared entirely will allow anyone to continue with the abuse I think you will find Lorn Pannick will be signed on permanently.
