Good old Alex Park Estate. That went so well didn't it? Lived nearby in the early 90's. It was a scary place with gun shots and helicopters most nights.

I got mugged aged 3 by gypsy children on the croft opposite me. They took my shoes and socks and bike and left my crying in a puddle. Poor ****.Playing out was like dicing with death but it sure helped out with your risk assessment for later on in life :)
