Fair fucks to them they were excellent over both legs and over the both i think deserved it.
Shows how the game can change. After Alisons worldy performance last week they get their goal through a fuck up.
Thought we looking a bit devoid of ideas at times and the stand out performance over both legs I thought was Mendes, had Salah in his pocket

Poetic justice that the fuck up was by Konate who should have been sent off in Paris and would have missed last nights humbling

Hmmm, so it turns out that the best they can do this season is the same as we did in Pellegrinis first season here.

Only without an exciting title race.

They are going to win the title, deservedly so as everyone else have been shit.

Im sure it must seem a little underwhelming for them though now.

I doubt it, they have won it once in 30 odd years and that year they wasn't even in the stadium. As a fanbase they will be buzzing. Peps first title with the league cup and a disappointing CL campaign didn't spoil my party, not underwhelming in the slightest. They haven't won it because everyone has been shit, everyone has been shit but they've been consistently good. I flagged this previously about people downplaying it, saying it is boring with no title race etc, it just reminds me of everyone telling me nobody cares about City's achievements, that doesn't remotely spoil my enjoyment and celebrations during our successes.

Buzzing they went out, PSG deserved that after leg 1, how big does Donna look between the sicks on them pens. Unit

Such a poor quality PL season this year. And it shows with how PSG (Nevermind RM or Bayern) knocked out the supposed future PL champions. Maybe Arsenal or Villa can represent us better.

Let's be honest here; it's long gone past the "supposed" stage. They'll have it won with 2 or 3 games to go. If they fuck up from this position, it'll make Devon Loch seem "meh" in comparison.

I know a few Dippers and they can't wait to lift the trophy and they really want Arsenal to have to give them that guard of honour bollocks (that really needs binning off). They are 100% not underwhelmed - they're happy not to be up against us going toe to toe again, more than happy to win it with games to spare.

When have you known a dipper to be honest and truthful? They've been bigging up the quad all season. They convinced themselves they were of a level to do it when reality is they're nowhere near and now they'll have to deal with the inevitable underwhelming feeling of "only" winning the league and possibly the carabao.

Of course they're not going to be celebrating a title with a glum look on their faces lamenting being bested by plymouth and psg but the feeling will be there.

Same has happened with us in recent years btw, there's been years where we didn't win things we could and should have, particularly fa cups and champions leagues that resulted in an underwhelming trophy haul that year when looking back, doesn't mean we didn't celebrate and enjoy the titles we did win though.
