We have to start winning soon or we can forget champions league qualification as fifth place is not guaranteed spot. If you remember last time we were supposed to get this extra spot it evaporated when Real Madrid won the champions league.

This game is creeping up under the radar after last weeks shit show against Forest and the footy news stories this week.

I hope Pep and the team are fully focused because a win is imperative.
I don't think they are mate. Peps been in Barcelona reportedly trying to ' save his marriage ', Erlings been fishing in Cornwall, so clearly all have had yet ANOTHER few days off instead of being coached/ training. You can bet Brighton will have been prepping properly.

And yet Pep says they want CL next season.....fail to prepare is prepare to fail.

All season we have seen tired minds and bodies. Yet you want them doing laps of moss side to get some miles in their legs.

There is nothing that can be changed inside a week.

The tactical talks will be who's picking up who on set pieces and what runs the wingers should make when Ederson has the ball. That's it, we are who we are and the players are who they are. It's not changing till the summer.

100%, who's good enough to replace them at the mo? I'd start KDB more but the man clearly can't handle a full game in the PL anymore.

Strength in depth is that poor right now that players in bang average form get picked almost every game.

I'd include Gvardiol in this bracket too. Great player but has zero completion and can afdodd to be complacent. How many clangers does he have to drop until he's benched?
He's stopped scoring goals too. Has become something of a weakling in recent weeks which may of course be a result of overwork.

Watching the 39 yr old maestro Luka Modric last night gives me hope Kev still has something to offer. Just needs a run of games one per week.
