I haven't nor will I ever probably be coming around to your position.
I engage to show those here with a bit of common sense that there is a legitimate other side.
Sometimes we will agree and sometimes we won't. The question is why are we in disagreement?
That's what i enjoy examining. Sometimes, we are just philosophically opposed and that's that. Nothing one can do about that. Other times, we are working from different sets of incomplete facts or making claims based on assumptions that are not factually or wholly true. So i challenge those and see if we can come to see what the other is seeing. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. But no matter what happens in these discussions, i expect everyone to leave still believing what they believe.
Again, he cant treat them alike. Russia is an adversary. Ukraine isn't.
.
The Ukrainian weren't entertained in front of a camera either. The camera is for after the negotiations are over. Which again, supports my prior point made before.
Trump treated Zelensky better than i would have.
He is going to ask both party to compromise. He already asked Russia to compromise hence why Putin is now complaining and saying he needs to talk to President Trump about some issues he has.
But like I said, this is what attempting to stop a war looks like.
