He played as did our new striker. Bobb looked well off the pace as you can imagine after all the time out. Hope that helps

Pep commented in response to a question on squad size that what he wants is a squad of fit players that he can call upon. There's no point in adding players if they aren't available which was a reference to the defence.

Don't put all your eggs in this basket, the boy has barely made any impact on the first team and the longer he is out the better people seem to think he is, in reality he would only ever have been a bit part player this year, likely would have ended up with slightly more mins that Mcatee and less than both Savino and Doku.

I have no idea why so many are acting like he’s the second coming.

Hopefully he’ll be a decent player for us but most top top wingers need pace. He doesn’t have that. He’s a more technical/intelligent type. Maybe he can then play inside?

I dunno, but he won’t be a 10 goals 10 assists winger for us for a while let’s put it like that.

There's a lot of hype but from what I've seen, I would actually be disappointed if he ends a season with 10 goals and 10 assists. He's football IQ is just so good, The kid can surpass those numbers easily

He is very similar to David Silva.

David also started out as a winger but gradually moved centrally over time.

I think Bobb will likely play in the middle for us in time.

Why are you all having a pop at that? Yes we've seen little of Oscar Bobb, But what we have seen from him was very impressive.

We've seen more to get excited about from Oscar Bobb than we what have done from Doku and Savinho that's for sure...

It's OK for posters to be excited about having Bobb back so stop getting your knickers in a twist about it. I'd rather have Bobb playing with a broken leg that what we have a the minute out wide in which is literally nothing.

Agree re Doku. He has bags of talent. If he kicked on he could end up as good as Dipper Salah. Equally, he could drop into obscurity. Who knows?
I do know, this season he just hasn’t produced. We can’t carry players like this and we have 3 wingers who do not do enough.
