That’s fair comment mate, but thing is, I haven’t always thought that, hence my reaction tonight. I mean I knew it was a possibility, but based on our Chairman wanting and expecting a full exoneration, I thought is also a possibility we’d be fully cleared. I believed him.i've always thought the no cooperation will be something city will be found guilty of
Are you new? LolWhy are some posters now shitting the bed?
“Both sides will probably try to claim some kind of victory”.Interesting. Keane is probably the least of their worries. It’s Spitty Carragher who will jump in studs up if we are cleared. He can’t help himself.
In the APT case Sky and the BBC reported the PR spin from the PL as fact and totally ignored the Judges’ damning statement which stated the PL acted unlawfully and unfairly. They reported the case without mentioning the actual verdict.Sky "sticking to the facts" would be a welcome change from providing a platform for rent-a-gobshites to promote and encourage a racially-motivated smear campaign against our Club.
I’m gonna back out of the thread for the evening.
Waiting for these twitter links to open is pretty bad tooMe too. Too stressful :-)
A bit like Hitler asking Churchill, " or come on mate just let me know when D-Day is and where you plan to attack" !!!!I think its an absolute certainty that the PL will say "City were not cooperative in our investigation, nevertheless, we cannot find wrongdoing". Or something to that effect. They will bad mouth us to the press that we were less than cooperative. Which would give ammunition to all the pundits, the Red Cartel and that **** Javier Tebas that the investigation was somehow "hindered". Nevertheless, we emerge with the victory. That's what I think is going to happen.
But honestly - why would we cooperate with these fools? They're in the bag for United, Arsenal and Liverpool. Why would we cooperate unless we were forced to do so in court?

Can't expect anything different from a bunch of disingenuous bunch of cunts. In the APT case Sky and the BBC reported the PR spin from the PL as fact and totally ignored the Judges’ damning statement which stated the PL acted unlawfully and unfairly. Love Tom Jones version.of that songI believe for every drop of rain that falls
A flower grows
I believe that somewhere in the darkest night
A candle glows
I agree. I think City now know the outcome, at least in outline if not in detail. It’ll all be happening soon enough, emails like this don’t get sent out unless they’ve been given the nod it’s imminent, imo. We all know what it’s like receiving many emails, just like proverbial chip paper they slip down your inbox/become a relatively distant memory the following day etc.
