That's a lawyer speaking and yes your right, but I'm certain that we certainly stopped giving what was asked.

But that doesn't mean we will be found guilty.
If the PL asked for city to give them access to every email ever sent, every text message sent and every piece of paper stored at the club, city would have been well within their rights to say no and the IC would back city up on that

This is not established or known so there is no definitely about it. We do know there were some disputes about disclosure but we don't have specifics or have knowledge of what happened post the High Court. I suspect City felt they complied but the PL believed their rules were wide enough to ask more or less what they wanted.

Side question, does questioning a request the club think it 'outside the scope of the investigation' fall into being considered Non-cooperative is it just par for the course in these type of proceedings etc

To state something as being definitive (City stopped cooperating) isn’t an opinion it’s a statement of fact.

People have rightly pointed out that you cannot be definitive on this unless you have first hand evidence of it.

You cant just hide behind opinion.

Been mental week for me this last week so I would have struggled to cope if the story had broke this week. Would feel I’d missed out a bit if I couldn’t get on here for a few hours after the story broke. I’d get over it, but I’d still be a bit pissed off. This story and this thread has been a significant part of my life for the last couple of years. Be nuts to suggest otherwise.

I’ve still been on here plenty this week, but it’s been interspersed with really intense periods of work. But next week, after Monday morning is out of the way, is looking far more sedate. It breaking on Tuesday morning would be perfect for me!

Same here, some surgery Monday morning so hope to god it doesn’t break until I’ve come round. Tuesday will be perfect.
