PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Yes they do know, the Club was given the Verdict Last Monday to check over.
So all our execs know the outcome and so do the PL officers associated with the charges.
We don't know because tge club doesn't leak.
To be fair the PL have been pretty good - though if we were guilty it would have leaked by now - Masters wouldn't be able to control his excitement.
Wow. Conflicting information from different contributors but I believe both you and BS post in good faith.

I don't disagree but that said, when it does drop, you'll know it.
Yes I'll know very quickly once the announcement is made.
However, there is still bits of valuable content related to the case being discussed between all the other off topic stuff, which is at risk of being missed as people won't want to read 70 pages once they've finished working on the off chance someone has shared something informative.

You clearly don't understand because I didn't say Pep doesn't know anything. I said we don't know for sure what Pep thinks about anything because a point was raised about knowledge. So you completely misunderstood. In fact my reply was about splitting hairs over his choice of words.

As for the rest, if you believe I make my stuff up, good for you. Why engage then. Fucking boring rubbish.

This place is tiresome.

I read respected news sites. Not trash.
From memory a Times article went through the time line.
- Verdict to club & PL for checking.
- Points or order/corrections raised by parties.
- Final verdict released to club and PL.
The first one was last week some time.
So your assertion that City received the verdict on Monday is based on what you’ve read online?

I’m not having a go, just clarifying that it’s based on articles alone, and not any kind of tip-off/source of your own.

I understand perfectly. Don’t start getting snarky when challenged.

You don’t believe pep knows anything. I disagree. Splitting hairs over his choice of words is nonsense.

Sure let’s all pretend to know the inner workings of the club’s hierarchy.

Even better let’s all pretend we know from “trusted sources” how the case is going.

I believe Khaldoon and Pep know how the case is going. I don’t believe anyone outside of the inner circle knows anything hence the nonsense leaks we get daily.
Agreed.

The only trusted sources on this is Khaldoon and Pep and anyone else in the inner circle of the club hierarchy.

Simple as that.

Anything else is people pretending to be connected to either drive engagement or stroke their ego, or both.

There is absolutely fuck all chance that anyone in that small group are sharing any information with anyone outside that group.

So, anyone coming on here and saying they’ve “heard” things is living in a fantasy.

On the two previous occasions City were awaiting the hangman's noose, Khaldoon absolutely knew what the outcomes would be.

He back channelled the fuck out of the first "pinch", dealing directly with Platini, Infantino and the French President.

He expected and gamed out the entire second Champions League ban and record fine from Lemetre and his mob, refusing to acknowledge their independence and integrity.

He absolutely knew at CAS how the chips had fallen and how Ceferin had proved a powerful ally.

He absolutely knew City had to drag out the Premier League witch-hunt, eventually allowing us before an independent, competent panel, to debate ONLY the law.

Khaldoon has too much power and influence not to know when it concerns the reputation of Abu Dhabi and his bosses.

Whether it be the security services, government or even the person who cleans the offices at the Premier League, he's spent £50m to be the ultimate ITK.
My point exactly.

He’s not going to be sharing any of that with someone who has no business knowing it, especially someone who posts all over this forum.

Khaldoon was sat round a table with DT in the last week , he’s a shakermaker. Trust the boss , not a cat in fucking hells chance we walk away from this with total integrity as a club fully intact. He will fall on his own sword otherwise. I don’t think our accusers know who the fuck they’re dealing with to be frank.

If we're that smart, why have we been caught by at least 2 IT breachs? Chelsea have managed to spend billions and run all kinds of scams past the PL e.g., hotel sales and 7 year playing contracts.

I hope you missed a "Don't" after the "we" bit?

This much is true , City haven’t resorted in circumnavigating the rules though , we’ve done our talking on the pitch. IT breaches are beyond his control to a certain degree , but let’s be clear , City will have done an internal investigation that he will have instigated. If he says we are clean then we are clean in my book. 2 plus 2 equals 5 type of shit won’t wear with him of that I’m sure.Have some faith in the clubs internal investigations, he will know about every single fucking email in question that is the mainstay of these charges, and the implications if an ounce of them is true.
I’ll put my trust in what he’s said - irrefutable evidence.

I don't think we should be using Chelsea's scattergun transfer approach as an example of being "smart".

Spent an absolute fortune, loads of players they'll struggle to shift, and not competitive at the top level where it matters - on the pitch.
