Not seen much of him tbh, but know he's had some decent moments in a shit team. Maybe the team is holding him back and he could take off for us? Or maybe he's ok and the rest at Southampton are just worse, I have no idea.

Feels sure we'll need some homegrown squad players though, so could believe this. Could become another Scott Sinclair though...

He is undoubtedly talented and has shown his quality at times but 2 goals and 0 assists in PL from an attacking player doesnt exactly scream Man City quality, regardless if he plays for a bad team (in my opinion).

I mean, he is not even a certain starter in one of the worst PL sides in some time. I think that should tells us all we need to know about how ready he is to contribute here. I would be very surprised if he came in and was above someone like McAtee in the pecking order and if thats the case he wont be much of a squad player anyway. I hope we aim higher than that. With that said, if he continues to develop he might be an option in the future. I think the best for him would be to have a good season with Southampton in the Championship.

I think with Rodri back, Nico already signed and if we could sign Wirtz and Bobb comes back in then maybe we go with that mate? Hopefully Foden can get well again and maybe Kova stays for one more year?

Dont see it, Pep doesnt like Dias left if he can help it. reckon its a left footer CB if they go for one. Lucky Sporting have one of those as well

I expect a change from the inverted RB or CB into the 3241, Josko will still be LB either way.

Hope its back to a 433/4231 and not the 316, fucking hate that system.

Could see both depending on the fixture going forward. Away at say anfield then could see Rodri and Nico sitting in a 4231 system but hopefully for most of the season we go 433 again with pace and power.

Nah Sabotage-avic has to go.

He's braindead and is single handedly made the most mistakes this entire season. Sadly people blame defenders or goal keepers but the actual fuckup is losing the ball up field and no one has done it more than Sabotage-avic this season.

Needs Rodri to hold his hand every game or it shows he's utter shit. Get rid!

I've just had it with our midfield being crap.

I could understand if we were outplayed by PSG/ Juve/ Real Madrid like we were but we're being outplayed by Leicester, Sporting and Feyenoord in midfield. Quite a few others too.

Don't forget what he did in the tail end of the Real Madrid 1st tie either.. but Rico got all the blame.

Like you said.. it's harsh but Sabotage-ovic is not even a league 2 DM.. never mind a PL DM. He has to go!
