The hearing began on Sept. 16 last year and ended on Dec. 6. The 'deliberation' process is now significantly longer than the 'trial' process.

What about the APT hearing and award, just for comparison?
From a statement uploaded to the Premier League website: https://resources.premierleague.pul...Premier-League-Second-Partial-Final-Award.pdf

On 25 September 2024 the Tribunal issued its first Partial Final Award following a hearing in June 2024 (“the June Hearing”)

and

The further arbitration hearing to determine this further dispute took place at the IDRC on 27 and 28 January 2025 and the arbitration panel responded on the 13th February 2025.

So in 2 relatively much more minor arbitration cases, the deliberation process took much longer than the hearing.

I believe Pep's comment on the timescale were informed because he his comments were precise and reflected the procedure as laid out in the Premier League handbook.

Let's be honest. People can only be certain that they believe the information shared with them.

In this case, the information is interesting, welcome and probably right imh and completely uninformed o. Nevertheless, that's all anyone can conclude from this. Even if the message comes directly from one of Khaldoon, Soriano or Cliff themselves. They are the only ones who can be certain about what is going on.
I agree with your first sentence but I wasn't sure who you meant by 'this'. Are you referring to Prestige Cars or Biilly Shears?

Yes, that was my point, really. The deliberation and processing of the reasoning normally seems to take longer than the hearing, so I don't think there is anything unusual in the amount of time this one seems to be taking. It looks like it would be more unusual if had already been dealt with .....

Edit: On Guardiola, I'm not sure it was anything more than a throw-away line, probably based something he had heard from executives, but no more than that. Then again, he, too, may be right, of course. Who knows? :)

It’s actually pretty fucking sick behaviour when you stop and think about it.
Putting out messages like that on Twitter, knowing full well it will be picked up on here and elsewhere and fellow blues are the target of this piss taking.

Prestige car repairs, if you post in here I want you to know you are one sick fuck.
As if anyone who is anyone at City would have anything to do with a fucking shyster like you.

I expect this sort of shit from fans of other clubs and desperate journalists but from so-called City fans? You disgust me.
What I'm reading between the lines on that post, is that he refused to work on your Ford Mondeo as it didn't reach the "prestige" threshold.
I, for one, am in full support of your stance. There can't be apartheid in the motor repair industry.

I believe Pep's guidance on the timeline though. He must have been given a steer.

I genuinely can’t believe this still needs explaining.
