Aye, lets hope Puma is binned in 2029 when the deal expires. All 3 kits. are Vile and an insult to Manchester City
That looks like the Poznan kit after it’s been in a boil wash with a hi viz jacket.View attachment 150896

Would Etihad accept their branding being so tiny?
No chance.Aye, lets hope Puma is binned in 2029 when the deal expires.
Did in 2009/10 seasonWould Etihad accept their branding being so tiny?
Don't need too they'll not be like the images on here.Genuine question- have you seen the kits? Are they okay?
Only need Addidas for the full set...Interestingly out of all the major sportswear brands since the turn of the Millennium, we have had the following:
Le Coq Sportif (x2)
Reebok
Umbro
Nike
Puma
Outside of returning to one of the (realistic) options above, are there any other brands people think would do a good job with our kits/contract?

On a serious note we are a huge international brand. I can't see us wearing Castore or Macron kits. Nike/Puma/Adidas are the big boys in football. Puma have hitched their wagon to us and I can see it being a very long deal.
From a business point of view Adidas sponsor Arsenal/Rags and dippers from next season. For a club of our size these days the smaller manufacturers- who tend to try harder and come up with the better designs are no longer an option. We need a firm with global reach so Nike, Adidas and maybe Puma - or one of their sub brands like Reebok are the only realistic options. We are looking to shift shirts in every corner of the world these days. Puma must be confident of shifting an awful lot of merchandise to pay us the figure they do. Moreover, the smaller brands are unlikely to shell out circa £65m a year either - particularly as they’d struggle to supply on a global basis. I suspect the Puma deal will run and run. Nike tried to lowball us when we were with them and Adidas are tied into United so we are unlikely to shift kit supplier in the short to medium term.

Reminds me of their history where they started as a rival for adidas when the two brothers that ran it fell out.
The puma deal will run and run as you say. A bit of history repeating itself.
