Yeah we had to give all our best players to Man U who then went on to win their first trophies the FA Cup and League.

What a shite inaccurate article horrendous for a journalist

As you are probably aware they weren't relegated, fined and faced to sell players This was because the club had become a treat to the original founder clubs that wanted to maintain amateur status

No they don't it breaking financial rules some of the charges pre-date FFP

"They have taken a series of legal actions against the Premier League, challenging PSR under competition law"
No it was APT rules

"It’s safe to assume that if City are found guilty, they will appeal, and then potentially take legal action to overturn the verdict"
Only appeal if procedure hasn't been followed by the tribunal. Legal action is very doubtful
