According to Ahsan, who has better sources than essentially everybody on this board now, City had not received the judgment as of yesterday. Going through a legal document of presumably hundreds of pages is not a one or two day job from either side.

The document might be simple. It's an announcement of the findings and doesn't have to contain the reasons but given what you recently posted, it seems pointless to have any expectations now.

Awards have always been announced by the PL.
